If you cancel your subscription, you will receive a prorated refund for any remaining months that have not yet been shipped (Personal Subscriptions only). Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
Once a month’s shipment has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
